Red wine AOP Brouilly

Cuvée of Napoleon's memory. Average age of the vines 75 years. Vinification: cuvée patinated in oak barrels for 4 to 6 months. This special cuvée is prepared from grapes from old vines located on a plot of AOP Brouilly. Its slightly purple color accompanies a nose with aromas of cherry, currant, accompanied by a floral note of peony. The palate, airy and supple, surprises with its roundness and its melted, fine and elegant tannins. Suitable for aging 6 to 10 years, it goes perfectly with red meats, poultry and mature cheeses.
