Touba coffee is made from Arabica coffee flavored with Selim pepper and sometimes cloves. Selim pepper or Guinea pepper (also called Kili, black pepper or jar). Selim pepper is the dried fruit of Xylopia aethiopica, a tree from the Gulf of Guinea countries.
