The raw materials used are few and chosen for their unique characteristics: "Maiorca" soft wheat flour, an ancient Sicilian grain forgotten and rediscovered, aromatic and nutritious; rice malt, a healthy alternative to refined sugar, our extra virgin olive oil, unforgettable on the palate for its harmonious taste.
