ORGANIC Black Rice Noodles

Black Rice Noodles have arrived! A new healthy and versatile product, with an ethical and sustainable production chain. These noodles are produced by a small family-run Thai company founded in 2013, which purchases organic rice only from small Thai farmers. The noodles are made with rice paste, as per the traditional process, which is obtained by fermenting the rice grains for approximately 18 hours in water. The black rice noodles are made of 75% white rice and 25% Thai black rice and are therefore GLUTEN FREE. They are ideal for seasoning with sautéed vegetables or in vegetable and fish soups.
