- Moroccan coffee spices - We named this coffee infusion after Kaldi, a legendary goat herder who is said to have discovered the coffee plant. According to this Ethiopian legend, Kaldi noticed that his goats became particularly energetic after eating red berries from a certain shrub. Amazed with his findings, Kaldi knocked on the door of a monastery, where the first coffee berry drink was soon brewed. These Moroccan coffee spices can be added to the ground coffee before brewing, to give your coffee a spicy heat that will make you wonder why you ever drank coffee without spices. Furthermore, this mix can be used to season milk, or to sprinkle on top of your favorite coffee drink. Ingredients: Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Ginger, Sea Salt, Cloves, Green Cardamom. May contain traces of mustard and celery. 75g
