Gasconha WitBier 75cl

Traditional German wheat beer brewed with 50% wheat malt and 50% barley malt. Light yellow in color veiled by a cloud of yeast, it offers an abundant and fine sparkle. It is a summer beer par excellence, very thirst-quenching. Star anise gives it a round and velvety side followed by floral and aniseed notes. EBC: 15 IBU: 12 Alcohol content: 5.4% vol
