In the tradition of beers from Bamberg (Germany), this beer with its sweet bitterness is warm and robust with a citrus background. Roasted malts bring notes of caramel and coffee. The addition of 8% smoked malt develops a very present woody touch. Perfect with a charcuterie and/or cheese platter. EBC: 35 IBU: 18 Alcohol content: 6%
