Organic Amber Craft Beer 33cl 6.5°

Inspired by Amber ale, it is a top-fermented amber beer. It has a copper color with light reflections. A creamy and persistent mousse crowns it all. On the nose, we find delicately roasted malt and some notes of cocoa. The choice of light hops gives it just the right amount of vegetal flavor. On the palate, we find a flavor of biscuit, caramel and roasted malt well balanced by the presence of hops on the finish.
