Brewery – Distillery located in Saint André at the foot of the Albères in the Catalan Country.
We develop 100% organic products while respecting the environment and its terroir.
The La Canya craft brewery is located at the foot of the Albères, in the heart of the Catalan country. We produce top-fermented pure malt beers while respecting brewing traditions.
Our beers are refermented in bottles, unfiltered, unpasteurized. The deposit at the bottom of the bottle is a guarantee of quality (Living beers!!).
Our commitments mean that we work with organic and peasant cereals produced exclusively in the Occitanie Pyrénées Méditerranée region. We installed our own hop farm to move towards autonomy.
The brewery has a zero waste approach since all brewing residues (cereals) are provided to local farmers. The brewery is eco-challenge certified.
The brewery works in a short circuit in the choice of its suppliers (packaging, marketing, etc.)
It is for all these commitments that the Brewery was a Favorite in the 2019 CSR trophy.
