Gin Bigourdan
A London Dry in Camargue
Londoner by his father, Camargue by his land, this London Dry was born in Arles, rue Fréderic Mistral. It is there, a stone's throw from the Place du Forum, that the Camargue Distillery has installed a very large copper still.
For the record, Thomas Bigourdan, the creator of the house and of his first gin, believed for a moment that the appliance's boiler could never go through the door. It all happened within a few centimeters. He is now at work and distils in small series a London Dry very inspired by the biotope and the purity of his adopted land.
