Co-founded in 2021 by Marc-Antoine Fulconis and Paul-Augustin Delattre, two inspired and committed young entrepreneurs, Bulles de Ruche has sought to think outside the box since its beginnings.
They focus on honey as a noble raw material and firstly on its fermentation, an age-old and curiously under-exploited technique.
After 1 year of R&D, a stable recipe without added sugar, without added flavors and without preservatives was found and the concept materialized: modern mead.
Extra brut mead is a refined, 100% natural, sparkling, LOW ALCOHOL (4.5% alc.) drink.),and resulting from the pure fermentation of honey, a unique alternative to all sparkling wines (Cava, Moscato, Prosecco, Crémant, Champagne).
The brand has also expanded:
- a NON-ALCOHOLIC drink, sparkling honey water, an infusion of 2 French honeys (spring honey from the Bay of Mont St Michel and lime honey from Picardy)
- a premium SPIRIT (organic Old Tom Gin with chestnut honey).
