It all started with Axel, an engineer and fermentation enthusiast, who discovered mead in 2009. Fascinated by this unjustly forgotten thousand-year-old drink, he decided to reinvent it, combining tradition and modernity.
In 2017, he left his profession to found La Soif du Temps, an artisanal meadery where each vintage is designed as a work of liquid art. Here, honey becomes a refined nectar, carefully worked to reveal all the richness of its aromas.
