We have one ambition: to make Archibald the tasting soda of the most beautiful tables in the world. Today, more than 50% of 2 and 3 star restaurants in France offer Archibald. Made in our old artisanal distillery which will soon celebrate its 200th anniversary. Archibald is the fruit of our expertise as a distiller and the knowledge of our passionate pickers who collect all our ingredients in the heart of the central massif. It is based on gentian and juniper distillates. From the selection of plants from the pickers to bottling, including still distillations: it takes 30 days to produce Archibald. The result? A sweet and herbaceous bitterness that offers 2 uses:
- a complex and not very sweet tasting tonic or soda to be enjoyed pure.
-a mixer that does not mask the notes of the gin but enhances them
Recognized by the Culinary College of France, it is the soda of Michelin-starred Chefs, Fooding®… for its quality and responsible approach (B Corp).
Archibald is also Limited Editions that explore distiller know-how like this soda with gentian and bergamot distillates aged in barrels.
