Lou Brewery is the first Normandy microbrewery specializing in alternative fermented drinks, notably kombucha and ginger beer.
These are naturally sparkling drinks, “natural sodas”, very low in sugar, with multiple health benefits.
At Lou Brewery we have been brewing with love and passion since 2019.
Because it is unthinkable for us not to consume good and healthy products, our products are certified organic by Ecocert and we do not carry out pasteurization. This way our drinks remain alive and will provide you with all the benefits we expect from them.
We have chosen to offer a sophisticated drink, with character and pronounced flavors.
