You have in your hands millions of microorganisms ready to take care of you.  We raised them with the sole aim of doing you good.  Our kombucha vinegar comes from a 2-year fermentation. Kombucha vinegar, resulting from a longer fermentation of kombucha, is sought after for its richness in good bacteria (probiotics) and micro-organisms as well as acetic acid (powerful antiseptic). Acetic acid reduces the accumulation of body fat and liver lipids.  Perfect for helping to detoxify the liver, balance digestion and decongest the abdominal area.  Ideal after the holidays or any time of year when the need arises.  Just like kombucha, you have to drink it to believe it! *To do you good Drink 1 tsp. hassoup (10 ml) of our Kombucha Vinegar pure or diluted in a glass of lukewarm water (or other liquid): - in the morning on an empty stomach during treatment (20 days).  Repeat the treatment if necessary - before a large meal to regulate blood sugar levels and promote digestion - after the meal in order to better digest. *Cosmetic For shiny & dandruff-free hair.  To be diluted in your rinsing water (around 10%) * In the kitchen You can also incorporate our Kombucha Vinegar into the preparation of your sauces, vinaigrette or cocktails.
