Born in 2024 on the Basque-Landes coast, between Hossegor and Biarritz, AVA is the first Hard Kombucha brand in France.
Hard kombucha is an alcoholic variant of traditional kombucha (fermented tea). A 6% ABV, sparkling, refreshing drink that sits somewhere between craft beer, natural wine and a light cocktail.
AVA Hard Kombucha is part of a gastronomic approach: controlled natural fermentation, carefully selected Darjeeling tea, and flavoring based on real fruit. Each recipe is designed to put taste at the center of the experience, with frank, elegant and balanced flavors.
