Son of a Béarn beekeeper, my passion for bees meant that a few years later, I wanted to relive the same emotions I experienced as a child.
From the smell of wax to the flight of bees, this communion with nature made me want to own some beehives of my own.
Bitten by a passion for beekeeping, I developed my apiary over time and decided to put myself at the service of bees through ecological, fair and respectful beekeeping.
Each location is selected based on its floral location but above all in areas protected from pesticides.
Located on the Landes coast between the ocean and the pine forest, in the commune of Soorts-Hossegor, the Apis Mellona apiary offers local honey from the Southwest.
The floral diversity offered by the Landes de Gascogne allows our bees to benefit from several honey harvests during the season.
The Apis Mellona apiary will offer you tasty, high-quality honey all year round to delight your taste buds and your health!
Our goal is also to develop innovative and quality products from honey.
We want to help raise awareness among people about biodiversity and the survival of bees, which is why we offer various activities around the world of beekeeping.
