Frédéric Forton Beekeeper, producer of honeys from Provence since 2011. Honeys labeled IGP Provence and in Organic Farming conversion.
I am based in Carcès in the Var in the heart of Provence Verte. I produce lavender, garrigue and chestnut honey, my hives are located in the Var and the Alpes de Haute Provence and I practice sustainable beekeeping that respects nature. This year, I developed 2 new products: mustard with honey and thyme IGP de Provence and blonde beer with honey with a master brewer.
