We are "Les Apiculteurs Amoureux," a symbolic name for two natives of Saint-Amour!
We manage around 280 bee colonies, spread across around fifteen apiaries around our town. The floral richness of our region allows our bees to produce high-quality honey with varied and authentic flavors.
We are producer-harvesters, we raise our bees and harvest the honey they produce, we extract the honey, put it in jars and sell it.
We offer several varieties of locally harvested honey, as well as some honeys from transhumance.
We work with respect for nature. Each pot we offer is the result of patient, respectful and sincere work.
In the interest of quality and respect for the product, our honeys are neither heated nor filtered. This artisanal method allows the honey to retain all of its natural properties. It may therefore happen that some jars contain traces of wax or propolis on the surface, signs of raw and authentic honey.
As our production is limited, some references may be temporarily unavailable.
