My family has cultivated vines for over a century and a half: Blaise is in fact Blaise Granier, my great-great-grandfather. Hence the Blaise wine, obviously. I'm in Sainte-Cécile-les-vignes, near Cairanne and Rasteau. The vines for Blaise wine are organic and are between 50 and 60 years old. I am also a member of a cooperative. But I have been doing a small production since the 2015 harvest: 5,000 bottles for each of the 2019 and 2020 vintages with two red wines: Le vin de Blaise cuvée Violette (PDO CDR) and Le vin de Blaise cuvée Marguerite (PDO CDRV). And soon white!
Of course no external yeasts, no additives, no filtration, no fining, and depending on the vintage, the sulphites in my wines are between 10 and 20 mg / l in total (max organic = 100mg / l). The 2020 vintages are labeled "Vin Methode Nature".
