Granith is a brand inspired by nature and with a simple mission: to put back at the center of the table those who do not want alcohol.
After more than 20 years of experience in wines and gastronomy, I was inspired by the new non-alcoholic drinks created in restaurants in Scandinavia, Germany and Austria. As the Drôme and Ardèche regions are full of aromatic plants and fruits grown using organic farming methods, I found an ideal playground for harvesting plants and creating healthy, natural and organic drinks.
Granith's aromatic finesse, convincing length on the palate, and tangy balance have already won over numerous gourmet restaurants, including: Anne-Sophie Pic in Valence, Les Près d’Eugénie in Eugénie les Bains (3 Michelin stars), Restaurant Le Chambard in Kaysersberg, Le JY’S in Colmar (2 Michelin stars), La Tour d’Argent in Paris, Oxte, La Grande Cascade in Paris, Le Domaine la Klauss in Montenach, La Boria in Veyras, and Le Domaine du Colombier in Malataverne.
