The Isle de France Distillery is the story of an artisanal and creative distillery, founded by three hedonistic friends on a farm in Seine et Marne. The distillery was created in 2016, with a simple idea: to design a product with a unique identity, in a short circuit, while favoring conservation agriculture and local development.
