The Distillerie du Morbihan has been creating, distilling and bottling spirits since 2023.
Located in the Gulf of Morbihan, the distillery offers two artisanal London Dry gins.
Gin 56 is made from a high-quality wheat alcohol.
Juniper, coriander, angelica, pink peppercorn, bay leaf, lemon peel, bitter orange peel, liquorice and green cardamom give Gin 56 its signature, a round, elegant gin with a beautiful length in the mouth.
Well-balanced citrus and spice notes offer the option of drinking Gin 56 neat, with a mixer, or as a base for cocktails like a negroni or gin martini.
A tribute to the Gulf of Morbihan, Gin 56 uses the orange of the typical sails of the Sinagots and the white lines of the ornamentation of the Cairn of Gavrinis.
Gin 56 is a medalist at the prestigious IWSC Awards 2024 in London.
Algaïa extends the history of the distillery by offering a palette of botanicals, both marine and terrestrial. These are 12 botanicals that give Algaïa its generous character: Juniper, coriander, angelica, bay leaf, lemon peel, liquorice, cardamom, cassia, thyme, lime blossom, lemon verbena and dulse.
With a lovely freshness brought by verbena, citrus notes, a subtly salty finish, Algaïa stands out as a London Dry with character.
