For our classic Italian pasta spice we mainly use tomatoes, with parsley, salt, Onions, basil, garlic, chillies, pepper and lemon wedges. The taste is piquant to spicy. Arrabbiata is one of the classics of Italian cuisine and is traditionally served with penne but also for seasoning and marinating other spicy dishes.
