This wine comes from a unique terroir composed of red clay and large rolled pebbles, offering excellent drainage and excellent heat retention, ideal conditions for optimal ripening of the grapes. This wine is a traditional blend dominated by Grenache, accompanied by Syrah and Mourvèdre, emblematic grape varieties of the region. On the nose, it reveals complex aromas of ripe black fruits, spices and garrigue, characteristic of the Plan de Dieu terroir. On the palate, it stands out for its richness, supple tannins and lovely freshness, with a long, delicious finish.
