Prosecco D.O.C. Extra Dry Canella is made from 100% Glera grapes grown in the upper area of Marca Trevigiana. Produced using the charmat fermentation method, it is loved around the world for being enjoyable, versatile and modern. The color is straw yellow, the aroma is fresh, aromatic and fruity. The taste is fine, sweet but at the same time dry, thanks to an optimal ratio between acidity and sugars. 11% alcohol – Serving temperature: 7/8°C – Residual sugar: 17g/L – Food and wine pairings: Aperitif dinners, Fresh cheeses, Fish starters, White meats, Main fish dishes.
