BLUE SPRUCE, LEMON PEEL & CARDAMOM – NO.18

We discovered some smoked mixed nuts which had been smoked using blue spruce chippings which gave us the idea of using blue spruce as a botanical. After many trials, we settled on the lead botanicals of Juniper, Blue Spruce, Lemon Peel, and Cardamon. Whereby the pine flavour sits to the forefront of the gin. Today we are delighted to add Gin No.18, housed inside a stunning blue tin, to our collection, further expanding The United Colours of Juniper. Serving Suggestion: A classic G and T using tonic water no. 6 and a sliver of fresh ginger.
