REMOVAL AND STORAGE Cabernet Blanc is one of the new PIWI varieties that we have been dealing with for several years and is becoming an increasingly important topic in the classic white wine segment. What does PIWI grape variety mean? By crossing resistant varieties, a fungus-resistant grape variety is created. Accordingly, a grape variety that is more resistant to diseases, winter frost and pests and is therefore of course an advantage in organic viticulture. For optimal fruitiness, this wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. WINE DESCRIPTION Classy with notes of green peppers, yellow fruits and nettles, very subtle acidity - makes you curious and is worth it. A new variety naturally bred for organic winegrowers.
