REMOVAL AND STORAGE The grapes come from the best southern locations in Pfaffstätten. Due to a very gentle further processing we can fill a very clean must into used barrique barrels. This must then gets a lot of time and ferments at higher fermentation temperatures. The wine then remains on the yeast until February/March and is stirred up every 2 weeks. The result is a very full-bodied, strong white wine with a beautiful, varietal fruity nose. WINE DESCRIPTION The powerful variant, fermented and stored longer on the mash and in used barriques. Is only expanded in suitable, very good years.
