REMOVAL AND STORAGE The grapes come from the price vineyard in Pfaffstätten. Through a very gentle further processing of the grapes, we can fill a very clean must in new and used barriques. This must then gets a lot of time, mostly ferments spontaneously and at higher fermentation temperatures. We also add about 10% whole berries to the must to create complexity in the wine. The wine then remains on the full yeast until May and is stirred up every 2 weeks. The result is a very full-bodied, strong white wine with a beautiful, varietal fruity nose. WINE DESCRIPTION Complex, juicy, creamy touch, delicate notes of melon and yellow tropical fruit. Great development potential
