The fourth color of wine. Wine made using an ancient method (therefore declared as a country wine and without official test number). Fermented on the grape skin and four mashed for months. The nose is characterized by notes of ripe apple, quince, pear skin and raisins. Pleasant tannin structure with vanilla and herbal notes. The starting quality was late harvest. With an orange wine, the grapes ferment on the mash (grape skins). As a result, they absorb more tannins and coloring from the berry skins. The Color of orange wine can range from amber to orange.
