REMOVAL AND STORAGE The grapes for this wine come from the best vineyards in Tattendorf. The grapes are processed very gently and the mash then ferments under optimal conditions in open mash tanks. The wine then comes into 2nd filling barrels and then matures there for 16 months. The wine is only blended after it has been stored for a long time. Cuveé made from 40% Pinot Noir, 40% St. Laurent and 20% Zweigelt. WINE DESCRIPTION Consciously cuvetted as a very elegant, always sustainable and juicy red wine, where no \nType dominates. The harmony and the ripe, animating fruit are its strength, long finish. \nIs a first choice for true after-work hours.
