REMOVAL AND STORAGE The grapes for this wine come from the vineyards in Tattendorf. The wine is aged in large wooden barrels. This gives us the beautiful, varietal fruit on the nose. WINE DESCRIPTION Berry compote and some plums, noticeable fruit and moderate acidity, fairly gentle tannins, shows that it belongs here, attractive, long finish. The hero of almost every meal, including Mediterranean ones.
