REMOVAL AND STORAGE Recommendation of the winery: We put away a few bottles from this vintage. Now the wine is simply perfect and that's why we recommend it. There is only a limited amount left! The grapes for this wine come from the best southern locations in Pfaffstätten and from the best vineyards in Tattendorf. For this wine, the fully ripe grapes are harvested together, gently processed and then finally fermented after a long maceration period.
