Chardonnay 2021 – Organic

REMOVAL AND STORAGE The grapes come from the southern slopes in Pfaffstätten and from the vineyards in Tattendorf. Through very gentle processing, the must obtained is filled into barrique barrels, where it can then ferment in peace at a higher fermentation temperature. After fermentation, the Chardonnay remains on the yeast in the barrels and is stirred up every 2 weeks. Furthermore, our Chardonnay goes through the biological acid reduction until the following spring. It is not until April that the Chardonnay is then desulphurized for the first time and the yeast is removed. Due to this very long storage without sulfur and on the yeast, the wine is very dark yellow in color and very creamy and full-bodied on the palate. WINE DESCRIPTION Has seen a little wood, harmonious, compact, medium-bodied wine with notes of yellow Fruits, nuts and fine spice. Perfect all-rounder with sustainability.
