Blossom Moscato Frizzante – organic

REMOVAL AND STORAGE Blumenmuskateller is one of the new PIWI varieties that we have been dealing with for several years and is becoming an increasingly important topic in the classic white wine segment. What does PIWI grape variety mean? By crossing resistant varieties, a fungus-resistant grape variety is created. Accordingly, a grape variety that is more resistant to diseases, winter frost and pests and is therefore of course an advantage in organic viticulture. The grapes are harvested very early in order to get and preserve the wonderful aroma, acidity and lightness. The grapes are processed very gently and the must obtained from them is fermented at cooler temperatures in stainless steel tanks so that we get the typical elderflower and nutmeg aroma. After fermentation, the wine is filtered and bottled as a fruity Muskateller Frizzante. The special feature of our frizzante is the increased carbon dioxide pressure. We intentionally fill our frizzante with more pressure. The advantage, whether for gastronomy or at home, is that the frizzante can still be open the next day, has enough carbon dioxide and thus guarantees the desired drinking pleasure.
