Bouquet & taste: Very fruity with scents of elderberry and peach. Very harmonious fruit acid, which is noticeably married to the residual sugar. ANALYSIS DATA: existing alcohol content: 10.5% vol. Total acid: 6.4 g/l Residual sugar: 31.8 g/l Contains sulphites. Drinking recommendation: Pleasant summer terrace aperitif wine. Goes well with cheese, Asian sweet and sour. Drinking temperature: 6°C.
