This blend has distinctive notes of fennel, lemon and thyme as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper berries to create an interesting blend with a twist, whilst still maintaining the ability to be drunk as a long, early summer cooler.Tasting Notes Fennel runs throughout the gin, whilst the juniper provides a strong persistent backdrop with refreshing citrus and thyme undertones.Serving Suggestions Serve as a classic G&T, or why not try it with a summer twist?
