My vegan pralines have a cream filling made from fresh Date butter. Pure or refined with nuts, seeds or superfoods. the Chocolate coating consists of 100% unroasted cocoa mass and some cocoa butter. It tastes intense, chocolaty, light flowery-lemony. The cocoa mass is created when our fermented, sun-dried Cocoa beans are ground (like olives for making Olive oil) before turning the cream into cocoa butter and cocoa powder separates. So we don't use couverture, as usual in the classic confectionery, and receive our ingredients as they are to be harvested. This makes the chocolate special and natural pleasure experience.
