Pralines and chocolate from Germany's first organic natural patisserie
gleem - as the first natural pastry shop in Germany - stands for classic pralines and desserts, but without classic ingredients. The patisserie is gluten-free, with no added sugar, vegan except for organic honey in some recipes and without milk or egg. Because only wholesome, natural organic ingredients in raw food quality are used in my patisserie in order to preserve all the valuable nutrients.
Chocolates with no added sugar
My chocolates are a very special specialty. For me, “chocolates with no added sugar” mean only working with ingredients that can be found and picked in nature. We sweeten with fresh fruit and fruits or carefully and sustainably produced organic honey.
