Our passion is pure enjoyment! Honest culinary craftsmanship is (still) lived here in the Johannes King manufactory on Sylt: from the recipe idea to the manual production to the loving packaging, we take care of every single product with a lot of passion.
Locally and seasonally available ingredients are fundamental to our selected creations, because we respect nature and value the obvious value it offers us. Nevertheless, we like to look beyond the (culinary) plate of the island and use fascinating ingredients from other regions of the world. Because under the direction of star chef and gourmet expert Johannes King, our manufactory is always a pleasure workshop. In our first-class Sylt delicatessen, the authentic character of a simple and courageous cooking culture is combined with refined elegance - and the specialties from the island provide a breath of fresh air in every kitchen!
