Côtes du Rhône · 2022 Grape varieties: Grenache · Cinsault · Carignan · Syrah 14% alc Short maceration of 10 to 15 days. Aged in stainless steel vats. Vinified and aged without added sulfites, light sulfiting of 25mg/l at bottling. Few vintages combine roundness, lightness, aromatic intensity and smoothness so well. The harmony in the mouth allows us to appreciate all the more the flavors of black cherries, blackberries, red fruits and spices that make up the aroma of this vintage. Gripping finish with well-integrated tannins and no harshness.
