A bright and thirst-quenching pomegranate red. The Cinsault grapes come from the place called “La Charlotte”. Cinsault is a grape variety indigenous to the south of France. Shunned over the last 30 years for its light color and low degrees, it has become essential for continuing to create fresh and digestible wines. According to the ancients, it was possible to collect up to “five buckets” of grapes per vine, but this has not happened to us yet! A wine from yesteryear and more than ever from today: a floral nose, with aromas of raspberry and fresh fruit on the palate and very discreet tannins. In summer, we like this slightly refreshed cinsault, but not only that... This cinsault will work wonders with fish, or poultry dishes. Traditional winemaking without sulphites. Slight sulfiting upon application (<30mg/L). 100% Cinsault / 12.5% ALC by VOL / Transparent bottle without capsule / Serve chilled at 12°C.
