Preparation for aperitif crackers SUMMER FLAVOR garlic and thyme

A new way to eat legumes: 400g sachet containing the dry ingredients to prepare two 35 x 25cm baking trays. Prick them with a fork. -Bake in a hot oven at 180° for 15 minutes, then open the oven (turn off the oven), leave to dry for 5 minutes then continue cooking for 5 minutes and leave to cool completely. The crackers should be golden brown. -Break your crackers and store them in a jar or tin for several weeks. Tasty suggestions: Cut your crackers into small squares for an aperitif. Choose a larger size to fill them with fresh cheese, raw vegetables, hard-boiled eggs or salmon for a balanced meal or eat these toasts plain for a snack or brunch full of vitality.
