The lentil caviar! Preparation tips: Allow 60 to 70 g of lentils per person. Rinse them before cooking. Immerse the lentils in a saucepan with 3 times their volume of cold water. Bring to a boil and cook, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes, simmering gently. Taste, drain. (packaged in 5kg bag)
