Vigorous and fast-growing parsley. ­ Variety for spring cultivation in open ground or under tunnel with good resistance to bolting. ­ Curly parsley has a less pronounced flavor than common parsley, but its effect is more attractive in decorating cooked dishes. From March to September: Sow directly in the ground, on the edge or in rows 25 cm apart, 0.5-1 cm deep. Keep fresh by frequent watering in summer.
