Polenta with Porcini Mushrooms V.V. F/12*370

Flour for polenta stone-ground with a water mill to which porcini mushrooms are added as the most inviting product for a delicious meal that combines the simplicity of polenta with the delicacy of mushrooms. In addition to its delicate flavour, our polenta has the advantage of being very quick to prepare (just 3 minutes) and is excellent to serve with various recipes. 

For a perfect tasting we recommend seasoning with light sauces or better yet with extra virgin olive oil or butter, a sprinkling of cheese of your choice if desired.
