Corsican canistrelli with figs and walnuts

The sliced Canistrelli with figs and walnuts stands out for its very particular taste. The dough is mixed in a kneader, the dough then undergoes a first cooking. Then, once cooked, the dough is sliced to then give way to a second cooking which will give the Canistrelli a crispy effect.
