Organic cask aged coffee - brewed

Barrel aged coffee - Maybe not your first cup of the day. The coffee beans have been stored in Whiskey barrels from Gotland's Whiskey for a long time to get extra character. We have rusted it carefully in our Slow Roast machine. So we keep the taste of those high-quality raw coffee beans and at the same time the character of what the dish contains, before we use it for our coffee.
