Organic cask aged coffee - Bourbon Stout - brewed ground coffee

Barrel aged coffee Maybe not your first cup of the day. The coffee beans have been stored for a long time to get extra character. We have rusted it carefully in our Slow Roast machine. So we keep the taste of those high-quality raw coffee beans and at the same time the character of what the dish contains, before we use it for our coffee. This coffee has been stored on a Bourbon dish which has then been stored Imperial Stout before we used it.
